Zhongshan Jiaming Electric Power Co., Ltd. was established on July 22, 1994. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Natural Gas and Power Generation Co., Ltd. (52.7%), Zhongshan Xingzhong Group Co., Ltd. (22.3%) and Hong Kong Shandian Co., Ltd. (25%) is a Sino-foreign cooperative enterprise formed by a tripartite cooperation.



The "Zhongshan Jiaming Thermal Power" project is the first large-diameter (DN600) long-distance (about 15 kilometers) direct-buried hard (tile-bubble structure) heat network project in Guangdong Province. "Shanghai Kehua" provides technical solution support, product guarantee supply, and on-site installation guidance throughout the entire process, ensuring the installation quality of the project and a smooth acceptance and commissioning.
